EDITORIAL PROCESS FLOW

Once a manuscript is received, the submitted files are examined to verify their format. The article must meet some basic criteria, such as: passing the anti-plagiarism program, language, file format requested in the JOIS standards, format of the references, etc.

1. If the item meets these criteria: is sent to the editorial team;

2. If it is not within the norms: It is returned to the author(s) for review and resubmission.

The manuscript being sent to the editorial team, will be submitted to an evaluation process by the Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editors

1. Here the evaluation criteria include: novelty/novelty, theme within the scope of the journal and scientific language.

1.1 If the manuscript meets these requirements, it is sent to at least two scientific reviewers (peer review)

1.2  If it does not meet the criteria, it is rejected with clarifications

The Scientific Reviewers review the manuscript with the following recommendations:

1. Accepted without modification

2. Accepted after minor modifications (no further revision)

3. Accepted after extensive modifications (with new revision)

 4. Rejected

  1. Subject is not appropriate for the journal
  2. Does not add new knowledge

The authors review the recommendations, respond and resubmit the revised manuscript within the given deadline.

The scientific reviewers re-evaluate the new revised version of the article and send their comments to the editor-in-chief. According to the reviewers' recommendations, the editor-in-chief makes the decision on the manuscript:

 1. I Accept

 2. Rejected with guidelines.

Authors are notified of the editorial decision.

If the manuscript is accepted. The corresponding Author is informed about the flow for publication, which includes the payment of the fee and the date of publication.
